How information is handled and kept

  • The website does not store form content in a database. When you submit, the information is sent by email to BIGSTAR's contact inbox through the hosting provider's mail server.
  • Inquiry emails are kept in BIGSTAR's inbox for as long as needed to respond and follow up with you.
  • To prevent automated submissions, the website uses a security token tied to your browser session and may record the number of submissions per IP address as a one-way hash (the IP address itself is not stored) to limit inquiries within one hour.
  • Like any website, the hosting server may keep technical logs (for example IP address and time of access) to operate and secure the system.

Cookies

The website uses only essential cookies: bigstar_locale remembers the language you choose (VI or EN), and bigstar_form protects the Contact form against forged submissions. The website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Security

BIGSTAR applies reasonable technical measures to protect information, such as server-side validation and protection against automated or forged submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you sent, or withdraw your consent, by sending a request through the website's Contact page. BIGSTAR will respond within a reasonable time.
